2016 Mazda MX-5 'Track Car'
Overview
Professionally built by Eurosport racing, this ND MX-5 was originally built as a backup car and used primarily for track days and driver training. Most of the creature comforts have been stripped away and a custom lightweight top works to reduce mass, while a full cage and racing seats have been fitted for safety. A built racing transmission has been employed with a cooler to keep temperatures in check, and a OS Giken Superlock limited-slip differential helps it power out of corners. This is a proper track build, and we think it could serve as a great shortcut to better times at the track.
