The Build
Overview
Built to be enjoyed on the track while maintaining street-legal status, this NC MX-5 sports a 2.5L engine for more forward motivation. A full exhaust system has been employed including a Goodwin Racing single-exit exhaust, and an ECU tune ties it all together and extracts some extra power. It is riding on Ohlins Road & Track coilovers for improved handling, and it has been corner balanced to get the most out of the setup. A four-piston Wilwood big brake kit has been fitted up front for more consistent braking, and the interior has been prepped for track days including a roll bar and racing seats.
