2005 Lotus Elise

While this Elise may not have a huge amount of power on tap, it follows Colin Chapman’s formula of ‘adding lightness’. Weighing in at under 1,975 pounds, the Elise still manages to achieve the ratio of ten pounds per horsepower. The lack of mass is what makes it a lot of fun in the twisty bits, which happens to be exactly where we like spending our time. This example doesn’t have many miles on the clock and appears to be in great shape.
