The Build
This Mk 6 Golf R sports some worthy upgrades to the motor and suspension to help make this a well-rounded performer. It sports a freer flowing intake, a more capable fuel pump, and a more efficient exhaust, which are tied together with an ECU tune to extract more power. With all-wheel drive and a surprising amount of cargo space with the rear seats folded flat, this is the type of sport utility vehicle we like spending our time in – especially on the twisty bits of tarmac.
