2012 VW Golf R
The Build
One of the few hot hatches we are lucky enough to get stateside, this Golf R has been modified to give it a little more go. A freer-flowing intake has been fitted to let more air into the motor, a downpipe has been employed to reduce pumping losses, and an ECU tune helps tie it all together. The ride height has been reduced with coilovers to give it some extra grip in the corners to make this a well-rounded performer.
