The Build
Overview
Benefitting from a recent engine build, this World Rally Blue STi has recently been tuned to 450hp for some extra fun in the canyons. It sports an Outfront Motorsports stage 3 closed-deck block with stage 1 cylinder heads, JE pistons, and Manley connecting rods. The valvetrain has also been upgraded and lubrication has been improved with an oil cooler, a ported oil pump, and a baffled oil pan. Fuel delivery has been beefed up to help produce extra power with larger injectors and a more capable Walbro fuel pump, and it is riding on aftermarket coilovers with stiffer sway bars to help make it a well-rounded performer.
