1999 Mazda MX-5 'LS-Swap'
Overview
Powered by a trusty LS1 engine, this NB MX-5 is one of the most meticulous LS-swaps we have seen in recent years. Long tube headers flow into a $4k custom fabricated stainless-steel exhaust to unlock some extra power and give the V8 a proper voice to sing with. A Wilwood Dynapro 6-piston big brake kit has been fitted up front for more consistent braking, and adjustable Fox coilovers have been employed to keep it glued in the corners. This build was executed by a mechanical engineer in the automotive industry, and the attention to detail is impressive.
