1998 BMW M3 'LS Swap'
Overview
While it may appear largely stock from the outside, this E36 M3 is powered by a built LS1 motor from a C5 Corvette. The motor benefits from forged pistons, stronger connecting rods, dual valve springs, and a more aggressive cam to give it more grunt and improved durability. A T56 transmission puts the power through a beefier clutch with a lightweight flywheel, and a limited-slip differential gets the power down coming out of the corners.
