The Build
Overview
Offering a whopping 865hp at the wheels, this FD RX-7 is powered by a supercharged LSA V8 which has been refreshed for peace of mind. A beefier 6-speed manual transmission with a twin-disc clutch has been employed to handle the extra power, and a custom 8-4-1 lets the V8 be heard. Not just about power upgrades, it has gained more capable brakes all around including Wilwood calipers up front, and Ohlins coilovers have been tasked with giving it more grip in the corners. This build has seen less than a thousand miles since completion and looks like it would be a great companion to have in the canyons.
