The Build
Wearing just a few upgrades, this Montego Blue FD RX-7 is an honest driver and it had a motor refresh within the last 5k miles. Designed from the outset with the sole intention of delighting the driver, the FD weighs in at just over 2,800lbs and the front-mid engine layout with the screaming rotary engine helps it come alive on the twisty bits. This example has an upgraded ECU and intercooler to give it more go, and it is riding on Enkei wheels to help separate it out from the rest.
