The Build
Overview
This NA MX-5 offers a generous 236hp at the wheels thanks to a trusty Honda K24 engine swap with some worthy modifications. A long list of Kpower upgrades including an intake, throttle body, and a four-to-one header work with an custom ECU tune to unlock more power. A Wilwood big brake kit keeps braking consistent in demanding conditions, and Skunk 2 coilovers helps keep it composed in the corners. This build looks like a really fun companion to have in the canyons and on the track, and we would love to give it a go.
