The Build
Overview
Offering a bit more power thanks to a stroker motor and more aggressive cams, this 951 944 Turbo is a driver in need of some good roads. Koni shocks give it more predictable handling, and Billy Boat headers and exhaust free up a bit more power while providing a better soundtrack. This example has seen some recent work including a R134a air conditioning conversion and the steering rack was rebuilt to help it take the twisty bits of tarmac like it did when it was new.
