Built in the Lotus factory at Hethel as a dedicated track car, this Elise Cup R serves as a potent antidote for mundane weekends. Standard equipment includes a FIA compliant roll cage and fire suppression, HANS complaint seats with six-point harnesses, front and rear tow hooks, and a full aerodynamic package to add more downforce at speed. This example is just one of eight that made it to the US market and was optioned with a passenger seat and air conditioning.
