Boasting a rare California SB100 exemption, this Atom 3 sports a supercharged K20 motor which has the distinctive whine we love – especially when it’s under load. The SB100 exemption never requires a smog check and is only available to 500 vehicles per year in California. This sale is limited those who can register it in the state. There are few cars that can match the telepathic feeling of an Atom, and almost none of them are street legal.
