The Build
Overview
Heavily optioned from the factory, this Type 42 R8 sports a naturally aspirated V10 motor derived from the Lamborghini Gallardo. The problematic stock dampers have been replaced with superior H&R RSS+ adjustable coilovers, and it is currently sitting near stock ride height but could easily be altered to something a bit more aggressive. One of just over seven hundred manual V10’s produced, this low-mileage example is a rare find and looks to be in impeccable condition.
