The Build
Overview
With additional power coming from an upgraded Eaton Supercharger, this R53 Mini Cooper S has been built for track duty. Cooling system improvements have been put into place to keep the temperatures down including an upgraded radiator and a stainless steel reservoir. An adjustable suspension has been added along with chassis reinforcement and sway bars so it can be dialed in for any track condition. With over $20K in upgrades, this seems like it could be a great opportunity to get more serious about track days.
