The Build
Overview
Originally built to race in the Lotus Cup Series, this Elise sports front and rear race clamshells, a Nitron race suspension, and a full roll cage. A Titan Motorsport Yellow steering rack improves upon the already telepathic steering, and a lightweight flywheel reduces parasitic losses and lets the engine rev more freely. It has seen a generous list of recent maintenance to keep it running strong, and a SCCA Logbook is included. While this example is fully track-prepped, it is also registered in California for road use so it can also be driven to the track and enjoyed on early morning canyon runs.
