The Build
Overview
This E46 M3 offers some additional thrust thanks to a VF570 supercharger kit and an aftermarket exhaust. The rod bearings, VANOS repair, and subframe reinforcement have been taken care of, and the clutch and flywheel were replaced when the three-pedal manual swap was completed recently. A Quaife differential helps put the power down out of the corners, and a Brembo big brake kit helps make this a well-rounded performer. This example has seen an extensive amount of work and maintenance, and it appears to support our belief that mileage isn’t always the best indicator of condition.
