The Build
With the rod bearings done, the subframe reinforced, and VANOs checked out, this E46 M3 looks to be well sorted and ready for the backroads. An upgraded exhaust lets the high-revving S54 motor be heard, and a freer flowing intake offers the engine with easier access to the air it craves. This example reinforces our belief that mileage isn’t always the best indicator of condition. An oil analysis report is available for each oil change for peace of mind.
