Overview
Few motors are as awarded and adored as the straight-six S54, and this E36 features a gently modified version of the high-revving wonder. A larger intake and exhaust system in combination with a RK Alpha tune bring the horsepower to 340 at the wheels, and KW-V3 coilovers and some chassis stiffening keep it in check in the corners. This M3 is street legal in some states – so no need for a trailer when you take it to the track.
